        Horrible place to deal with. Bought a phone off of them and hooked up on plan. Phone has been nothing but trouble. Went into store, they sent me packing and said it's not their problem. Total scumbags

        I called the 116 number today to change my number an the employee named Franklin was very nice an helpful with what I needed today. Only problem I have there isnt a Survey at the end of the phone call to tell whoever how great Franklin was today .

        My mom has gone to the rome location a few times to fix problems she was having with her phone and each time she has gone the door has been locked. One time she went and she walked in and all you could smell was weed. And the last time she went she was told to stop coming to the store to ask questions because there is nothing they can do for her. Very poor customer service to say the least.
