Air City Lofts

My wife and I moved here about five months ago, and we are very dissatisfied. Before signing the lease, we understood that this property is pet friendly, but in our building, none of the pets are friendly, before walking out of our door, we check The peephole, Then we cracked the door just enough to stick our head out to ensure that the coast is clear of Any vicious dogs. Also, While Waiting for the elevator to open we make sure that were at a safe distance Because there has been a few times we were almost attacked by the other tenants dogs. Due to the lack of entertainment in the area, my wife and I have movie night at home and we play our sound bar to get the movie effect, ensuring that its at a respectful level volume wise, we still received an email Threatening to evict us on the very first time We used it. Respect we decided not to use our sound bar Moving forward. Since then, I decided to reach out to management to speak with the upstairs neighbors about the very loud noises that my wife and I have to sleep before going into work for 16 hours. We were told that theres children Live directly above us , And they refused to ask them to keep it down. I was informed to call the police with any of my Noise complaints. If you dont mind being afraid to step out of your apartment, whenever you want, or if you dont mind not getting any sleep Between the hours of 4 and 9 PM this is the place for you!

So Air city is not a perfect place, but at the same time it was better than other apartment complex alternatives. And what a lot of these reviews would suggest. I toured several other apartments within two miles of the area. And air city is so far ahead of them it's not even close. Is it overpriced? Yes, but it's better than pretty much all of the alternatives. Which you will likely find are all horribly overpriced as well (at least from my experience when I moved in). The main reason I am moving out is really of no fault to them, it's more of the general area. There is a lack of things to do. But if you have to live out here for a job where you'd have an insane commute Air city really isn't a BAD option per say (at least for singles, I can't speak for doubles).
