I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Clearview Roofing & Construction. Chris followed up very quickly after I submitted a request for roofing work. The team was able to come quickly and make sure my chimney was safe and properly secured. Chris gave me the best price in the area and even educated me a bit on the project. I was very impressed with the work and how fast they wrapped up the project. I will definitely be using this company again and would recommend them to my neighbors!

Nick gave us an estimate and he was running late but didn't give us a call until our appointment window began. We had already called another company to get an estimate because we didn't think he was going to show up. We decided to go through with the work because he seemed nice, but were charged a lot more after they were done. He also didn't confirm the date/time of the work we scheduled and he didn't give us a heads up before the guys showed up. Just left us in the dark. We had to reach out to him the day of. Will not be using them again. Edit: yes you did not do business with my name. It was in my husband's and we have different last names. Please leave me alone. I have absolutely no incentive to write a false review, just giving my account of what happened. The work is done. I'm just a disappointed customer who spent their hard earned money on expensive roofing and expected better service and communication. If you read your negative yelp reviews, I'm not the only one who has had this experience with your company. I wasn't happy with my experience and I believe I have the right to express that.

Summary is, Clearview comes through. One of our recent storms took a section of our shingles with it. I imagine when those storms happen, demand for roofing services spike, and not every company is ready to handle the influx of attention. It is challenging in many cases to even get a roofer's attention and get your calls/texts returned, let alone get your problem serviced. Clearview's team was polite, helpful and knowledgeable through the process of evaluating the damage, estimating the required work to repair it, and helping us think through the longer term options at hand without pressuring us to make a decision before we're ready. The work was performed in a very reasonable time frame and I would recommend Clearview to anyone looking for roofing service.
