Cheryl was amazing and took me to many houses and helped me consider the options for all. But when a great bank owned house that was in amazing shape came up for sale, not only was Cheryl able to get me by a bunch of flippers to see the house first, but with her help and communication with the listing agent my offer was accepted. The transaction was especially complicated. No representatives from the bank owned property nor Fannie Mae (for the seller) not anyone else from the seller's side of the table at all showed up to the closing but because Cheryl also has a lot of experience with the legal side of real estate she coordinated everyone and was a huge part getting the many hours long closing accompllished. I know if it were not for her I would not be living in my perfect little house. She was there from start to finish. From getting me to be the first one in to see this house, to making sure my offer was heard amd could compete among the dozens of flippers (who made cash offers), to making the closing happen in just a matter of weeks. No other agent would have accomplished this deal. Cheryl has much more than just real estate knowledge and she will do whatever she can to make you the perfect deal on your perfect home.

Cheryl was awesome to work with. Super responsive to all of our requests and always made me feel like her #1 client (even though I KNOW I was probably the most annoying one she had). She sold our condo over asking in one weekend. Our home search took much longer but she was with us every step of the way. Would definitely work with her again and will recommend to everyone we know!
