The guys are all super nice and professional (obviously I needed their services already a few times). I will continue working with Johnny Rooter with any further issues.         the team is very professional had leak in ceiling plumber came out quickly after hours told me $295 to investigate and find problem he spent 11/2 hrs cutting open ceiling and pinpoint the problem then repaired it and the $295 was included towards the whole repair very knowledgeable and patient to explain different options definitely would recommend

        Fast service 7 days a week. Called on a Sunday morning and by noon a technician arrived to clear my main sewer drain. He immediately went right to the problem are and cleared the stoppage. Options for additional cleaning of the cast iron pie, such as enzymes designed to not harm the cadt iron and to dissolve deposits costing the interior of the pipe were discussed and were conveyed very clearly. The technician and dispatcher were very courteous and profession, as well as accommodating. Prices were very reasonable considering it was a Sunday service. Payment via cash or major credit cards accepted. Will use their services again! From Randy in Baldwin.

        We had an Emergency water leak on a Sunday evening , we called several other plumbing companies that advertised 24/7 hours of operation leaving voicemail after voicemail with no response. A friend of ours recommended Johnny Rooter, they answered our call and had a plumber out to our house within an hour. Great quick service for a very fair price! Would definitely recommend them going forward!

        My husband was away when we had a major backup. What a mess! I called them in a frenzy. The plumber came, calmed me down, even called my husband to explain everything. He fixed the problem quickly and even cleaned up. I am so grateful for their quick response and fixing my problem.
