I no longer live in the NY area but I am able to stay connected with Triangle Cognitive Therapy through their mailing list which is always full of great tips for getting through the ups and downs of life. They employ well trained and educated therapists who are caring, empathic, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism. I strongly urge parents to reconsider using this office. I found this office after my daughter was recommended by her school social worker. Not only has my 16 year old daughter completely stopped talking to me, but Christina DeMaria has shared and exaggerated sessions which opened up a CPS Case which were then deemed unfounded. Christina DeMaria does not return emails nor request to meet. In the initial interview she appeared to be all about the family and advised that she will meet with her alone then Involve parents. That was in July. It is now December I have only met with her once. My daughter has taken a turn with her behavior both in school and at home for the worst. In my opinion, Christina DeMaria has now ruined a relationship of an entire family. Please stay away! I lost my daughter emotionally after my daughter started coming here, do not make the same mistake.
