When we contacted the Full Care Nursing Agency to get care for our niece we found them to be very professional, informative, helpful, supportive and very detailed in explaining our options. I have met with the Full Care Office Staff and found them to be knowledgeable, competent, compassionate and caring. I highly recommend the agency!

The only thing this agency cares about is money. They sent a Nurse to my house to open up a workers comp home care case for my critically injured husband and because I didn’t want to sign for full financial responsibility before confirming with the insurance company they refused my husbands care leaving us without care for many days. They never told me but notified the insurance company when we were expecting them to start the next day . The owner is rude and unprofessional. When I emailed him and asked him why they never got back to me he responded to contact my case manager and to not reply to his email. When I emailed him and told him this was a misunderstanding and asked him to take the case and that I would gladly sign his financial forms he refused to respond to me or the medical management company. Disgraceful and shameful to the healthcare system. No regard for the best interest of patients. Wish I could give them zero stars but google is making me give one!
