Ive been a Family Fuel customer for over 20 years. Robert and his team have always been professional, quick to respond and neat when working in the house. Robert is one of the best repairman in the industry. He is able to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently when they arise. Family Fuel prices are competitive and the service is exceptional.

On the coldest day of the year my oil burner stopped working overnight and I woke up to a 55 degree house. I called Family Fuel and the woman on the phone Enid was extremely pleasant and helpful. She set me up with a service call and the problem was fixed before 11am. Very reasonable rates and upfront about pricing. Would highly recommend.

I just moved to Rockville Centre, and decided to contract Robert just based off the Google reviews. 3 weeks into moving in my thermostat for the oil burner stopped working properly. I tried to troubleshoot it myself and visited several Home Depots looking for the replacement, but no luck. Called Robert on a Sunday at 1pm and he was at my house an hour later. Showed me that they had the part in stock at ACE Hardware on his phone, so I ran over and picked up the part while he waited for me to get back. Long story short, he knew exactly how to get my system up and running again within 15 minutes. He also spent about 10 minutes explaining how to setup the automatic schedules and manual overrides. Hes a great people person, and is a master in his field. So glad that I was able to connect with him.
