        The staff is always friendly and helpful. The problem is how packed this place can get. The lines can get long and you can be in there for a long time.

        Its always hit or miss here. The guys at the counter have always been friendly and get things done. On the other hand, the delivery personnel is a mess. I have had missing packages so often. Some left pkges without knocking and they get stolen. Calling the "supervisor" is useless. Order from companies that use Fedex or UPS, at least they knock before leaving you stuff on the floor.
