This place needs to b shut down or have new owners and managers to run this. I order my online food at 7:40pm came to pick it up at 8:20pm they wouldn't give me my food so I called and they hung up on me and then at the drive thru they telling ppl their closed and it suppose to b closing at 9pm. U had ppl with online order bein turned around n drive thru without a refund. Now what happen if that was my last. They lucky ppl still come here knowing there's mice here and the health department will be notified 1st thing Monday morning. Dirty as place and workers

1st time going to this Popoeye location and it was an awful expericence.
Staff members have horrible customer service and need an attitude adjustment. Completely gave me the worng orderafter waiting for a long time for it and they forgot to give me my drink, ketchup, sauces condiments.
