        This place is horrible!! I placed an order almost a month ago and still have not received it. Every time I call customer service, they tell me that it will be delivered in 2 days. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

        I love the Towel Depot. Not only are the products superior but also the customer service. Their representatives are friendly and ready to help. Always introducing something new for me to look at to give to my customers. I will not shop anything other than Towel Depot for my cotton needs.

        Switched to Towel Depot a couple of years ago because my old supplier was unreliable. Not only are the Towel Depot flour sack towels I use to print on for my business far superior in quality, but Sam, my go to guy is incredibly personable and always available! They routinely get my towels shipped promptly, and truly at the best possible price... they really care about my small business. Don't hesitate, they are the best!!
