        Just heartless, not sure of it's the office or the people. The office used to be good. My geriatric dog, desperately needing help couldn't be seen. His time had come and I was desperate. He was a patient there, I was told look elsewhere.

        Used to be great place but when I called with my dog who had lime disease they just told me they were busy and try another vet. Being going there 12 years for non emergency services and then when my dog couldnt even stand I had to call other vet places. Ark in Henrietta was also busy but found time to see him and glad to say hes fine now. What kind of animal hospital turns away gravely sick pets. This happened a couple months ago but still bothers me!
