Lazy staff doesn't even pick up the phone. Mailbox is usually full. Leave an message and no one responds back. Very unprofessional, may look elsewhere for service. Update 2024!!!! When you call your waiting 20 mins on hold. It's almost a joke, how is this place still standing with such poor service. Do you guys take your jobs seriously?

The PA was rude. Paperwork was missing from my chart she snatched up the paper and walked out and slammed the door. On top of me waiting over 1 hour to be seen

Absolutely horrible very unprofessional. Went for a drug test arrived an hour and 15 minutes before closing was told to come back the following day returned the next day waited and hour to be seen and then be talked to like trash from Staff as if it was my fault there was only two of them working.Reporting this place to better business bureau. Needs to be shut down until it can find professional and adequate staffing to meet the business demand.
