        This is honestly the worst shop ive ever been to.couldnt get the job right after bringing it back 3 times .guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional pls dont waste your time and money

      Hello Jouseph: As you can seefrom our Google ratings for our Rochester store, whatever you encountered was the exception, not the rule. I can only guess that you are referring to our Driveline Shop at the Rochester branch, and the neither the Driveline Manager on site and nor the staff is are aware of any shafts that have been brought back twice - let alone three times. Your name was not familiar to anyone in the store either. If you'd like to discuss what happened further, please reach out to the Rochester store directly or our Binghamton headquarters.
