Came out looked at an Ash tree - promised us that they could take it down no problem. They had us take down a semi-permanent screened porch as they were afraid they would drop limbs on it. It was a TON of work for us to take it down - and we would be forgoing using it for the summer. Then they come out the day theyre supposed to, bring their equipment in the back, run over and DESTROY my fern plants and then tell me that their equipment wasnt high enough to do the job. So I got destroyed plants, physical labor of taking down a summer used structure for no reason and tree still there. Im not sure if it was the fact that theyre not good enough at their jobs to anticipate what kind of equipment they would need for a really tall tree, or they just didnt want to do a tough job. Like why are you all coming out beforehand to look at it just to show up - destroy my backyard, and then not do the work?

We used B&T Tree Service a few years ago to remove two large willow trees in our back yard. B&T came with a personal recommendation and they exceeded our expectations. They arrived early with a 4 man crew who were very experienced and worked very efficiently. They did not drive their trucks into the back yard but rather climbed the trees, cut them in sections and carried them out 150' to chipper on the street. They also raked the lawn to pick up loose branches and leaves. The whole job took 1 hour.
A few weeks later when the ground was dry, they returned and did a very nice job of grinding down the stumps and surface roots.
In summary B&T is very professional, efficient, customer-oriented and competitively priced. As a result, I highly recommend B&T for tree removal. Services: Tree stump grinding, Tree removal
