I almost made the mistake of using another training facility to obtain some mold training recently and quickly found out I was getting something that I didn't intend on signing up for. The "Other Guy's" website we deceiving and was trying to send me to New Jersey to do the training I was expecting to do in Rochester. Well lucky for me I had put in an inquiry with East. East was having a training class the same day and it was in fact where I was expecting it to be. In addition to that, there was a friendly woman, Chris, that made sure I was taken well care of and made me feel like a person instead of a number. It gets better from there. Once I got to the class and started our training, Kevin and his awesome style of teaching made me fully grateful that I didn't use another company to be trained by. I am certain any certified training company will get me that piece of paper I need to better my career but East Centers of NY and Kevin ensure I get that all important piece of paper while tailoring to the individual need of their students. A conversational and hands on method of learning was what really was icing on the cake. I left EAST Centers of NY with my certificate of completion in addition feeling like I left there with a person that I could call upon as a resource in the field and get an answer to a hard question. I could go on and on about my great experience with Kevin and EAST but I wont. I just urge any reader of this review to make the call, talk to Chris, and get signed up today.
