I absolutely love the Buddhi Institute! Ive taken classes here for over 3 years and they have all had a positive impact on my life. In addition, Ive enjoyed the friendships that have formed by taking these classes.

The Buddhi Institute does a great job teaching the Yoga Sciences/Philosophy. The retreats that they offer are top notch. I have received many benefits of participating in a retreat or a class. Melinda makes learning fun
