I had a terrible experience. I payed over $300 for my taxes to be prepared and ended up owing the govt $1800. Once I picked up my taxes it was easy to see why. My deductions were not accounted for, the income reported was wrong. and they looked for no credits for me. Staff was friendly is my only positive remark. Had to pay for a amendment and found I over paid by $4000

I dont give much review but I did for this one because I am amazed at how professional and kind me and my mother had filing tax here. We are refugee from Karenni state in Myanmar and often living in new country with little knowledge of English, people manipulate and took advantage of us. But when me and my mother came to ask for help, they were very warm and welcoming, they explain to me in away that I understand so that I can help my mother understand the tax as well . They treat us with kindness that we didnt often get in other places when it comes to diversity. So I would recommend it to all my refugee friends and immigrants who want to file a tax here. This is the right place to be.
