        We received our order (#1379) Zstar Air Fryer on February 11, 2024. We plugged it in and nothing happened. We called Bobby and he said he would either send us another Zstar from his warehouse or refund our payment. We sent two additional emails on Feb. 21st and March 11th requesting an update and we have received no reply. We paid $116.90 for an air fryer that was dead on arrival. Without a response from the owner (Bobby) we can only assume we have been ripped off!! This has never happened to us and we are posting this review to warn other shoppers not to order from this website.
