Very good customer service and a completely painless experience (in fact, the opposite) to get some storage space.

The place is decent, but the rental increases are insane. Last June, they raised my rates 30%. This month, they're raising them 27%. I was paying $147/month two years ago, now they want to charge me $244/month. Sorry, the space isn't worth anywhere close to that. There are better options out there.

The property manager, Rebecca, was great to work with. I received an email and phone call shortly after reserving a unit 9n line to see if I had any questions. She was very helpful and friendly when I arrived to sign the lease.

I have had storage units here since June of 2022. I have changed spaces a few times. I just received what I believe is my FOURTH rental increase. For my current unit the previous increase was $28 a month. This new one was $45. I am now paying $226 a month for my storage unit. That's a 25% increase. The increases are excessive. An increase of $45 is an extra $540 a year! I called and was told a notice was mailed on January 30th. I did not receive it. I am not sure why these are not emailed. I was also told to expect increases every 7 to 9 months. It was suggested that I move to a smaller or larger unit to help with costs. I cannot move to a smaller unit based on what I need to store. If I could it is still very time consuming and there are charges for changing units. When I first moved in the facility was very nice. Over the last year the secured automatic doors at the loading bay are frequently broken allowing anyone access. There is often garbage in the loading area. It is also very difficult to find carts to move items. The staff however are generally very nice and friendly.
