Just had a new roof installed by Todd Fritz and the crew were professional and courteous. They are extremely clean during and after the days work, cleaning the area before leaving for the day. Talking to Todd you can tell he's proud of his crew and the work being done and the material used is top quality. Service: Roof installation

Guys doing the work we're complete game playing douchbags who think they can play games as long as thier subtle about it. When you have a job roofing, the best way to deal with your job is to entertain yourself playing games...I get it. They were slamming things down on the roof violently...rolls of thier plastic wrap bundles of shingles. The game is, your going to carry 3 bundle at a time or heavy plastic roll on your shoulder, and your going to drop these things off your shoulders...it's just the way it is... here's what they are doing...randomly slamming something down as hard as they can..knocks the insulation out, rattles your whole house... so obviously beyond normal but it's thier little game. Next one is the tacking in of the plastic barrier. The game is, it's a thin film of plastic and you have to tack down the plastic with staples about every 6" or it's going to pull and rip, here's what they are doing, all 10 guys will do it all at once and you'll get near 1000 hits. There's moments when workers turn it up and bang it out I get it, I'm also able to tell them your playing a magnitude of multiple games. The subtlety of the games it... it's normal to have pounding on your roof when your getting a roof job, it's normal that guys are going to be dropping heavy things off thier shoulders, getting a roof is a noisy venture.... but you can emphasize these events to the the point of playing games and there's not much traction your going to gain complaining about noise, and its easy to say..how do you expect them to do it. OK idiot, there's 50 bundles of shingles on my roof..I hear what 1 sounds like dropping it off your shoulders, I hear what 3 sound like being dropped off the shoulder...and then randomly there's something so violent it makes your house rattle. Then there's the normal hustle of plywood...you can expect it. Going to go up on your roof, say it feels pretty good, give you a estimate of 8 sheets of $80 plywood... but tell you we'll know more about it when we open it up..joke that he's not superman that can see through shingles.. then end up replacing 40 sheets. Your obviously not going to underestimate by 400%...but he did..imagine that. The 8 sheets is a cheap number to rope you in. The quality of work varies... it it was straight forward things end up fine...if it takes any effort then it's going to get slapped up quick and dirty. This contractor is just a volume guy. Get in, get out as quick as possible and put the pedal to the metal and pump out as many roofs in a month as you can... which is normal I get it. Your working on the estimate with Todd, you want specific improvements that your aware of...he says sure no problem. Then when it comes time to do the work..Todd's not there...the formans there and he has reasons why he can't do this things, these things don't get done and these roofers have come in so quick that there's no turning back. You have a new roof and there's half the stuff fixed you want fixed. You think a educated consumer is a wise consumer...you think you'll have a friend stop over who knows the business.... what these guys do about that...is just stear you even harder. We can't do that because of this and that... sure you can, you just do that and this... oh Todd never said anything to me about this. Or... hey I wanted you to do this..did Todd tell you? NO. Or.. hey I wanted you to do this, did Todd talk to you about this? I can fix this because I would have to fix that first and then that and that's a big job...well then why did Todd say yeah no problem I'll have my guy do this?
