Highly recommend Mr. Fussy for roof replacement. I got multiple quotes and decided to go with them because of the outstanding costumer service, the thoroughness of their evaluation of our roof during bidding and the professionalism of their crew. What made me even happier was the fact that they came with the lower bid, installation was seamless and they were very responsive anytime I needed to reach out to them.

I first contacted Mr. Fussy a couple weeks ago after I was having some internal leaking problems from my old roof. I contacted 4 different companies and not only was Mr. Fussys the most affordable option, the owner (Scott) was also incredibly pleasant and easy to work with, his contract was very thorough and explained each part of the process, and finally- they were the only company that I felt was truly honest about the state of my roof and what I should do to fix it. Scott let me know that my upper roof was the main issue (with the first floor needing to be replaced within the next couple years) and was willing to provide estimates for just the top as well as both floors. The other companies all quoted me insanely high prices and insisted I need both floors replaced immediately. I appreciated Scotts honesty and willingness to do a lesser paying job instead of pressuring me into a full roof. Due to the affordability and ease, I did end up doing a full repair and am very happy with the results. They were able to schedule me right away and I had a crew there at the top of the next week. The crew were very hardworking and pleasant and clearly communicated their timeline- winter weather was beginning and rain and snow (and the Thanksgiving holiday) impacted some of the work they could do and delayed it by only a couple days, but they were still finished in less than a week! They thoroughly cleaned everything up and there was no sign of any shingles, wood, nails etc. left behind. There was a gutter that got dislodged in the process, but after a brief call to the office, someone came out right away and fixed it. The woman I spoke to on the phone (Sherry/Cheri) was very warm and pleasant and easy to work with and was very helpful in scheduling everything and getting a few member of the team to come back on 2 separate occasions to assist me with things. After the roof replacement I had lingering moisture on some of my exposed walls/ceilings upstairs that I am in the process of replacing drywall on. The team came by on two separate occasions to check out both the outside (and check on the siding and see if they could trace the origin of the moisture) as well as the inside. Scott came in to test the moisture, humidity etc. with several tools and was not only very pleasant to work with, but was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing at each step and helped us to figure out what the problem is. He was able to deduce that a faulty bathroom fan was blowing humid air into the upstairs which was causing moisture to condense on the wood- he helped to guide me in the steps I should take to fix the problem and what I should do in the meantime. Though it was outside the purview of the roof job, it was incredibly appreciated that they checked on not only the siding, but also inside to help me figure out what to do next. As a new homeowner, it is very stressful (and expensive!) when things go wrong in the house and you dont know who to trust to help diagnose and fix the problem, so Mr. Fussy saved me from a massive headache calling around to fix the problem. They were very flexible with payment and did not immediately demand money, and allowed me some time to make sure everything was right with the roof, and that there were no lingering issues that needed to be fixed and made sure I felt comfortable before paying he remainder of my balance. I would highly recommend working with this company as they not only provide thorough and affordable work, but they also make sure to follow up with you and work with you on any potential issues you are seeing and make sure you are satisfied with the job. It can be very difficult to find contractors who will be honest with you and truly try to help you out, but that is what I have thankfully found by using Mr. Fussy
