Our experience with this agency has been great! They worked with us to make sure we found the perfect home and we couldnt be happier with our choice. Amanda is such a wonderful agent and very dedicated to making sure you find what youre looking for. She will take the time to set up house showings and knows the market and area well. As first time homebuyers she took the time to answer our many questions and connected us with the right people for everything wed need. They are well versed at dealing with other real estate agents, and worked through some tough negotiations to get us our perfect home. So glad to have worked with Amanda and the team!

This team was such a joy to work with. They made us feel confident that we would found the house for us and fought to make sure when we found the one, that we got it! They are so well connected within the real estate world and had great recommendations on people to work with. Everyone seemed thrilled to be working with DCH homes. Lisa FitzGerald in particular was so great to work with. She listened to what we were hoping to find and made impressive suggestions on ways the properties could be improved. Cannot recommend enough!

Tina was amazing and so very patient with us!!! Our experience was wonderful and we highly recommend working with her. She's professional, courteous and responds quickly.
