Extremely disappointed at Rick Borrelli. It was our own fault for blindly trusting. I ended up doing the negotiation myself and babysitting the agent and everyone involved until closing -this is exactly what the agents commission is paid for. If that wasnt for my own negotiation skills we would have lost thousands of dollars.

Hayley and the Rick Borrelli Team made buying a home such a positive experience. They communicated clearly and answered any questions we had with thoughtful responses. While home buying can be an overwhelming experience, especially in todays market, Rick and Hayley truly looked out for our best interest throughout the entire process by being honest and offering the best advice when it came time to putting an offer in on a home we wanted.
