Buyer beware of any homes with this agency as the listing seller. They will gouge you out of your accepted offer after the listing is supposed to be closed. Truly reprehensible.

Sean Flynn helped us to buy our first home this past summer. He was encouraging, lively, and knowledgeable throughout our long search for a home during this difficult season of home buying. I had lost hope for finding a house after many offers, and two weeks later Sean had found us a home that was in great condition, within our price range, and encouraged us to place an offer quick! He knew the type of house we were looking for and could tell this was the one for us. He was smart when he encouraged us to do an escalation clause that allowed us to narrowly get the house by a difference of $1K from the next buyer.
