The Mary Wenderlich Team is a wonderful team. They did an awesome job in selling my aunt's home. I had the pleasure of working with John Wenderlich, who is such a gentleman. He was so caring and patient as we worked things out with my aunt who is elderly and speaks limited English. John was always willing to go out of his way to make things easier for her which she greatly appreciated. The Mary Wenderlich team's communication is top notch. They answered all of our questions timely and professionally. It was easy to trust them with this process after reading their great reviews, and now we can highly recommend them if you are in need of their services because of our own stellar experience working with them. We had John Wenderlich from the Mary Wenderlich team help us buy our first home. He was very understanding and helpful in all of our questions and entire process (even if some felt silly at times). He has helped others go from apartment to home and I would recommend his services to anyone in a heartbeat!

Nick and Casey provided us with a wonderful home buying experience. We have purchased homes in the past, but the post-Covid market was a whole new world for us. We had many questions and were very apprehensive, but they addressed our concerns and fears. In that tight, crazy market, Nick and Casey patiently persisted and found us a home that had everything we wanted. They then guided us so that our offer was the one which was chosen from the many that the seller received. This was our first purchase in New York, and the real estate laws were new to us, but their team stayed with us throughout the purchase process, so that it was seamless. I cannot recommend the Mary Wenderlich Team highly enough!
