We just bought our first home and we are so happy that we had Montel Wiggins for our realtor! He was very patient and always available to answer any questions and help in anyway he could. Working with Montel Wiggins to buy our first home was an absolute pleasure. Having known Montel for most of my life, I knew that when I was ready to buy he would be the first agent I called. Boy was I glad I did! He was on top of everything- he was extremely knowledgeable and patient during a very volatile time with the pandemic, and helped us navigate our way through the entire process. We are now slowly getting settled into our dream home in Fairport and we couldn't be happier that he was the one to represent my fiancé & I. My wife and I recently sold a house in Gates. Susan Galletto was our realtor. She was very personable and professional when we met her at the house initially, but unfortunately the experience slid downhill from there. Without prompting, Susan did not provide progress updates. Her technical understanding of the contract paperwork is somewhat lacking. One day before the scheduled closing date, we asked for a status to which she had no information. We learned later that she did not disclose everything about the buyer's financial situation which was very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a stressful selling process. Sent from my Galaxy Tab® A
