When we were looking to buy a house we decided to go with Sharon Quataert Realty. Brittany was extremely helpful during the process and really listened to what we wanted and were looking for. She was always easy to communicate with and was actively sending us listings in areas we were looking to buy in. When she wasn't available her partner Sarah was ready and able to show us houses as well. They are an amazing team and we love our new home!

From the first day we met with Sharon to sell our house, to the successful sale, we were impressed with every aspect. She explained the best plan to sell and saw it through. Support from her office was just as phenomenal (especially Carolena)! We've seen Sharon's name around town for years on For Sale signs, and now it's her name on our "SOLD" sign! Nina from Sharon Quataert Realty is a God send! I was looking to buy my first home and did not know where to start and Nina answered ALL of my questions, all while teaching me about home ownership, home styles, credit, and what to look for and expect while buying a home. She is a wealth of knowledge and knows a lot about everything dealing with a home! Nina truly went above and beyond her role as a realtor for me. She worked really hard alongside to help me find my dream home by going to multiple listings with me daily, doing walk throughs and pointing out genuine concerns, and making herself available for me to answer all of my questions. She is charismatic, funny, smart, and a force to be reckoned with! She advocated to the sellers agent for my offer approval and even though I did not have the best offer, I can say that I KNOW that Ninas wit and charm played a big role in why my offer was accepted Even after I closed on the home, Nina has been helping me by referring me to appliance stores to receive discounts AND giving me contacts to contractors that can work on my home for a reasonable price. Her network of friends and skills is unmatched! She was completely transparent throughout this whole process too and extremely helpful.
