Working with Montel Wiggins to buy our first home was an absolute pleasure. Having known Montel for most of my life, I knew that when I was ready to buy he would be the first agent I called. Boy was I glad I did! He was on top of everything- he was extremely knowledgeable and patient during a very volatile time with the pandemic, and helped us navigate our way through the entire process. We are now slowly getting settled into our dream home in Fairport and we couldn't be happier that he was the one to represent my fiancé & I. We just bought our first home and we are so happy that we had Montel Wiggins for our realtor! He was very patient and always available to answer any questions and help in anyway he could. He helped make this important moment in our life easier and enjoyable. We are so happy with our new home! I definitely recommend Montel to anyone looking for a house.
