Igor Light - Psychotherapy & Life Coaching

All I can say is he is an excellent, caring, professional. I first met Igor in 2020 during the Covid Pandemic. I had lost my job due to Covid and a chronic medical condition and had to relocate for work. During this time I was under a tremendous amount of stress. New job, new city, Covid restrictions. All I did was work eat and sleep and Isolated in an extended stay for months. Well to make a long story short this took a heavy toll on my mental health. For a solid month I spent 4 hours a day every day making phone calls to book an appointment with anybody that would see me. Every provider told me sorry were not taking on new patients due to Covid. I left my phone number on at least 52 voicemails and no one even had the curtesy to call me back and at least say they couldn't help me. I was like could you make an exception I just moved to the area and they would tell me if its an emergency go to the ER bye no compassion at all. At this point I was so frustrated that I just gave up. A week went by and I surprisingly received a phone call from one of Igor's associates. She apologized for taking so long to get back to me and said she was not taking on new patients. She then asked if I would be interested in seeing one of her associates Igor Light. Of coarse my answer was yes and I have never looked back since. But that's the kind of person Igor is he surrounds himself around good people and people are not afraid to recommend him either. His associate knew I was in a tough position and knew he would do the best to accommodate me. He even made Saturdays appointments available to me so I didn't have to miss work. Just to note I talked to his associate on a Tuesday and he was able to fit me in that same week. 2 years and 40 sessions later I'm still seeing Igor. He has helped me tremendously with many issues I have been dealing with and has helped me break some bad habits I have. As a life coach he has helped me work on my thought process to make some changes. For example I'm no longer known as the guy that's late to work every day. That was me every single day. 10-15 min late to work. Working with Igor I was able to come up with a plan to fix the problem, reduce stress, and get out of trouble with work. That is why I like Igor his no non sense approach. He helps you look at the problem, you come up with a way to change the way you think or approach the problem and you do the work and you get results. I will say this about Igor he cares he actually cares its not about the money for him he likes to help people get better. Like they say "Find a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life" This describes what the vibe is when your in therapy with Igor.

Igor is a an incredibly bright, empathetic, and compassionate therapist who wants nothing more than to see his patients succeed. He is able to reference multiple ideologies and treatment modalities without hesitation. He is very engaging and also a great listener, which is a tough combination to find. If youre looking for a wonderfully warm and supportive therapist, look no further.

Igor is a highly compassionate and warm person. He is very down to Earth, non judegmental and makes you feel comfortable in expressing yourself Not only is Igor well versed in trauma work, but in a variety of subjects related to psychotherapy. He is a perpetual learner and cares about his clients Igor's approach is about finding meaning and thriving through hard and traumatic situations. I am very fortunate to have found a therapist of this caliber. Igor is an excellent listener, and what I could only describe as an emotional surgeon. Excavating and digging deep to the root of your issues.
