        The worst builder I have ever encountered. Substandard materials and workmanship. Insufficient insulation in the walls, cheapest appliances that they could find. Our hot water heater stopped working today and our house isn't two years old yet. Reidman pulled out of our community before finishing it and now can't get anyone to do warranty work

        Any township considering this company for construction should read this review. We live just a few houses from the Hammocks construction in Fairview, PA 16415. For close to the last 2 years we have witnessed construction from 5am to dusk. Semi trucks J braking at 5 am. Blocked roads all hours of the day. School buses waiting as they block the roads when they have at least 50 acres of land to use for staging. Workers sleeping in cars on side road throughout the day 5 days a week leaving trash. Nonstop brick sized mud all over the roads. The mud is relentless. If you have a nice car, put it is storage if they come to your town. Im sure theyll say they hire local too, but all I see is New York license plates. Keep them out of your town unless you want 2 years of disrespect and headaches. Since you say its not true. Here are workings sleeping in their van today. First picture at 9:30am. Still there at 1pm.

        I have lived with Town Hall Terrace for approximately 18 years. For the last 8 years, I have had my disability spot right out front of my apartment because of a degenerative disc disease with my spine, heart issue, lymphedema in my left leg. A woman in the next building over took my spot that was given to me. When I asked the office to put a disability sign up in front of her building for her and give me back my spot. I got no answer. It's very sad I have to park near the office now and walk a distance to my apartment. They don't care for me who has more health issues than others. Very sad!! Everyone elsewhere have there spots right out front of the building, I have to walk a distance. There are 2 young people who park in front of rheir building and I have to walk. Discriminated against.

During our visit, we had also found that the electric line was damaged by an external party, not associated with our team. We recognize your concerns and have implemented measures to address issues beyond your warranty.
