Based on my experience with Nick Bendschneider dba CMB Property Management, CMB Holdings LLC, Armour Enterprises, Armour Sealers (and possibly other names) I cannot recommend doing business with him or these companies. Nick contracted with me for snow removal for the '21-22 season and left us high and dry. While he stated multiple times he would refund us, that hasn't happened. I've personally heard about 3 others that were also defrauded. Nick uses a lot of different company names, has even more phone numbers and email addresses and has acted like the victim and tries to imply he's not the business owner. A quick review of NY State databases shows who owns the businesses and he is the responsible party. Please file your complaint with local police departments, DOS, DOT, BBB and Consumer Protection. A quick call to 311 will help you get started.
