From the window installation, new patio, flower boxes (and flowers!), and all the support from your staff (plumbers, electricians, security, etc.), I can't thank you enough. In May we signed our first maintenance painting contract with Mark IV. Since then I have had nothing but the pleasure of working with Todd Cappiello who assisted in creating POs in a timely turnaround. To todays difficult tasks of calling on past due invoices- which lead me to the wonderfully polite women in Accounting- Michelle and Josephine! Josephine was so professional, understanding and thorough with me I assumed God himself handpicked your employees!! How wonderful it is to work with others who shed light in difficult situations and assist without being crabby or defensive. Instead leaving a wonderful feeling after interacting with Mark IV. I have ran Profeta for over 24 years and have encountered many people who have let the weight of the world dull their abilities. Whatever Mark IV is doing please keep it up as your employees are a direct reflection of a company who is doing it right. It is my PLEASURE to not only work with/for you but now to also be able to brag about Mark IVs excellence.
