        First and foremost, I had our technician Stephen and Rafael, one of the most professional technicians I have ever come across not only did they have an issue that was very difficult to tackle, but they were also to explain thoroughly to someone the situation and what is required. Not only professional, but extremely courteous. They are the type of technicians I would want in my home, knowing that the job will get done with confidence.

        Price is a bit steep especially $150 just to get someone to come off-hours and right away (which I imagine many of these calls require). My tech (Steve) was great though and knew exactly how to diagnose my problem. He also had the tools to make the job easy (camera snake). Problem solved and I have peace of mind that my system is good.
