        Doctors and nurses are great. Records management is horrible! Get a new IT system that allows BOTH parents to see their own kids electronic health records. Don't rely on faxes in 2024. That would make it a 5-star practice.

        Released my son's medical records with out my permission or knowledge. Found out via third party. Very unprofessional. Staff is not worth the nice doctors.

        They always get us in for same day illness visits, always with our regular pediatrician who knows us, and I've used the after-hours on-call line many times for advice. We see Dr Kleinberg and I feel like my concerns and questions are heard and I get the most up-to-date evidence based recommendations.

        Great doctors but they dont allow you to make appointments besides for physicals. To be seen for something minor that doesnt need a same day appointment, you cant. It is not feasible for a parent trying to coordinate work schedule and doctors appointments!
