I just had my oil change here, and the employees were kind and quick. I don't like being subjected to upselling. I believe they can increase sales by asking if the customer is interested in additional services. If the customer is not interested, just do what they came for. Again, there is no issue with making the customer aware of potential issues. Just stop with the bombarded upselling.

I was so disappointed with delta sonic. I used to come and get my interior cleaned all the time. Granted it has been a couple years but the quality of the work has gone down horribly. I spent almost 40$ On an interior cleaning and when I went to inspect the car they clearly had not even vacuumed, there was a small little paper ball sitting inside the door jam. I understand a vacume cannot get everything. But if anyone had come near that with a vacume it would have picked it up. Then the back seat the same thing there were lose pieces of fuzz sitting on the seat. The worker asked if the seat had been down because she didnt understand how the vacuum would not have picked that up. The seat was not down and clearly had not bee vacuumed. The people there are all very nice and friendly, and really sell you on up charges and what youll be getting for it. Save your money. Use the vacume outside. You will save 40$ and do a better job in 5 mins then they will with you waiting in line for 30 mins. Even after inspecting the work and asking them to do it again, showing them where they needed to vacume, and dust, it was still not done. I finally drove over the self use vacume and did it myself. I understand 40$ is not a lot of money and you get what you pay for. Save your money. The interior cleaning is not what it used to be.
