I purchased a Zody chair from Rich a little over a year ago. There was an unexpected issue related to the armrest material. Rich was quick to provide replacement armrests with an improved material that has been trouble free. When I say he was "quick" to provide, I mean like "right now". He even delivered them to my office. He has consistently provided the highest level of customer care. Why can't more vendors be as customer friendly as Rich and Suite-Seat? Maybe Suite-Seat is overcompensating for the hyphen in their name. Nawww. They're just appreciative of their customers and that goes a long way. Five stars, and a well deserved five stars at that.

I've been using a Zody chair Rich sold me for a few months now and what an incredible value. Had me try the chair first before paying, and was very responsive to questions and concerns. Highly recommend for students or anyone who's sitting for long periods of time!

I emailed Rich and he got me in the same day to test a few chairs before letting me take one home for a trial run. Once I decided I loved the product he sent me an email invoice that I was able to pay online. Hands down the easiest way to buy a really good quality product. You can tell Rich knows his stuff and values the products he is selling. Thanks again, Rich!
