She's a nice doctor but my god the practice is horrible. I go in for a simple test, get swabbed, the whole deal. I get called back the next day and I get told they messed up my sample and I need to come back in. Ok, mistakes happen I get it so I go back in the next day. I wait almost a whole hour and listen to the staff each point fingers at who the one was that messed up my lab. Then starts the waiting game. I have to call MULTIPLE times because I hear nothing back and now it's been a month and still no results. Finally today I call and a different nurse tells me they messed up again and that's why I have had no results for a month. Then she really asks me if I want to try a THIRD time. Yeah, no thanks. Oh and I forgot to mention they double billed me when they all told me I wouldn't be charged again. I was the one who had to call about this issue too because apparently nobody wants to call their patients. Don't go here.

Julie Sandruck is a fantastic OBGYN! She is very down to earth, excellent at her job and calm. I was lucky enough to have her deliver all three of my children and each was a great experience having her by my side! If I could give her more stars, I would! Highly recommend!

No call backs from the nurses line after multiple calls to get in for a problem. I am a current patient (my primary sent me for an ultrasound for stomach pain and the diagnostics may be ongoing but he said I should should see my gyn based on preliminary findings). 3 months out for an appointment for an annual exam already in place. Very frustrating - especially now that I have something going on. I also filled out the 'contact us' area on the web page 2 days ago explaining the situation - no call, no email nothing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They don't seem to care.
