My son noel vazquez,was living at hallstead for two years ,he had been mentally abused by staff jessica,harrased by sandy,and physically abused by other client,was attacked kicked,and the staff took sides and put my son in the hospital when he was the victim.i file complaint with many agency and Noone didn't listen.not even you guys.

BEWARE!!!! Dont trust rep payee they will take advantage of their clients and lie when you call them out. The lady who is in charge of rep payee is a joke and is the main issue . You cant talk to anyone about it even QM because they will cover it up or wont look into the real issues going on. 1.She wont pay her clients rent on time and make excuses on why it was late. 2. Doesnt renew peoples food stamps and they go without food for up to three to four months. 3. She wont let people know when an income changes and leaves people wondering all confused. 4. She also wont return calls and her voice mail usually says shes on vacation from two months ago. 5. Wont put money on clients debit cards when its supposed to be on there. Then makes up excuses why it didnt happen and this leaves people all upset because they had a bill to pay and couldnt pay it on time. 6. Any insurance information thats important, she wont let the person know if any changes are happening. Supposed to be stress free for them to take care of your finances but instead you will be full of stress and wish you never went to them.

Due to Covid 19 it has been a touch more difficult to get in touch with them but thankfully Have card to put money on. They all have been nice to me. I am deeply grateful for them and am now working on me getting more independence financially. But nervous a bit about that been a long time coming.

I'm resident of the Carriage factory DePaul building, been here for three years a beautiful apt some nice residence manger is nice second floor employee nice but maintenance worker lazy take weeks to get them to come and fix something in your apt always missing in the building for hours cannot be trusted there was a problem I had with maintenance coming in my apartment with no notice or work order the first time it happen I was just getting out of the shower heard my door open so I yelled who is that he said maintenance Mike my response was do have a order he said no he was checking his key but he passed 10 apt getting off the elevator one master key fit's all apts let manger Megan we talked about with Mike but she didn't right report on what happen then it happen again so Mike the maintenance Im just getting off work I ask Ms. Sarah about my heat not working to take a look at it as where walking towards my apt Mike was in the hallway with a Spector fire extinguisher he says to me I came in your apt again by accident but he does not know why he keep coming in my apt because when you come your apt the first thing you say is Wow Ms Sarah look at me as she was surprised and I was too he was never reported or wrote up I guess he can validate people property when ever he wishes I'm not part of DePaul problem so they have to give 24hours notices so I feel on safe in my apt and when I leave but reporting problem will get you kick out so you just have real with it I would move but this building is what I can afford in my budget it's sad you to live in a place you don't feel safe saying all this they need a new maintenance who can be trusted
