Schram Delivery

Complete incompetence.  I wouldn't trust them with a $100 casio keyboard. Let alone my $100,000 Bechstein piano.  Which, infact, took me 30 years to afford.  They arrived, knowing there were steps, the job needed man power, and they were dealing with an expensive 770lb instrument.  They didn't give a shit.  The piano was wrapped in nothing more than a harbor freight moving blanket, they didnt provide plywood for thier dolly, and did NOT have adequate manpower.  They noticed I owned a full size backhoe, and left it up to me to provide straps and lift the piano onto my deck.  Justifying thier inadeqant man power, lack of scoping out the job, and abrupt shift of liability onto me.  Further more, they charged the piano store a "crane fee" when they had nothing to do with my $40,000 piece of equipment doing the job they were payed to do.  Definitely not professional in any way.  Garbage.

Schram moved my 7 foot grand piano long distance, from Fishkill NY to Irondequoit NY (to my apartment) 4 and 1/2 years ago. They are very experienced and I can trust them with my piano. They also are very affordable. I am looking into buying a home in the future and plan to have them move my piano to my home. Paul at Schram is very kind and professional. I look forward to doing business with them again!
