James was great to work with. Just before Thanksgiving, my mother-in-law in Chicago took ill and was no longer able to live on her own, but did not need to go into an institution. She just needed to move to Rochester where we could provide her some much-needed support. We were suddenly thrown into a housing search - with some very specific criteria. We needed a small two-bedroom ranch home in Greece with a first floor laundry. In the words of my mother-in-law, James helped her get the perfect little house. We closed just before Christmas and spent the holiday unpacking her belongings and setting up her new home. This was a stressful time, but James helped make it so much easier.

James is the man! My fianc and I recently bought our first home and being completely new to the process, James made it so easy and really helped alleviate any stress. We saw a house that was perfect for us and went in with no realtor - as the listing agent he quickly stepped in to get us an offer written, connected us with a lender and ultimately secure the house. It didnt stop there, he continued to be there for us throughout the entire process, always being happy to jump on a call or respond quick to questions. Now a couple months later, even on move in day, he made sure to proactively stop in to repair and paint a wall. James expertise and passion for what he does really shows and Id highly recommend him for any real estate needs!

James was great to work with. We had been working with James for roughly 2 years, he lived right in our neighborhood so he was super knowledgeable about the market and used that knowledge to help guide us in the right direction. We had a few hurdles in our way which caused the process to be quite strenuous & stressful, but no matter what James was always there to answer questions and help us best he could. When we finally found the perfect house, James made sure we were able to seal the deal! He went above and beyond for us and we're so happy with our new home! He did just as an amazing job when it came to selling our home. He helped us get it listed quickly, brought in multiple folks of his own to see it and we ended up selling our home for a record price/sq. ft in our neighborhood. We truly appreciate everything!!!

As the market become more competitive James always navigated us to the right offers and nothing that would put us out of our budget.
