Unfortunately I am leatthis low review when actually most of the care we have received here is 5 star. They just seem to give me no location to comment on poor service which the front desk just gave. Truly I do suggest you choose here for care but don't expect good treatment from the intake staff

I am very pleased with our interactions and initial assessment appts with Maggie Crowe. Were only a couple weeks into this step of my daughters work with the therapists at this facility but Im happy with the direction were going thus far.

Today was my sons third appointment with Rachel Nadbrzuch. Definitely did not go well, between her constantly telling us how many minutes were left in our appointment to her not knowing anything about my son other then his name. We weren't in there 10 minutes before she started telling my son how many minutes were left for him to play. We had 15 minutes, then she said no 16 minutes left. I hadn't even started asking my questions yet. Left the first visit with a bad feeling about her, never mentioned anything to my son other than " she was nice" he said no way mommy, she was mean. Kids definitely can sense it. Then he met with his new therapist last week in the same office and even mentioned to her "that she is to harsh" again kids can pick up on it. So today Rachel decides to put my son on medication without even asking my opinion. I was told he either " takes it or get a second opinion, but I don't know how long that will take" I said so basically you are tying my hands and leaving me no choice considering this was my only option other than waiting for a second opinion. She is using her MD behind her knowing that as mothers we are struggling to find help for our children and our luck we end up with someone who THINKS she can make medical decisions for my child, AGAIN SHE NEVER EVEN ASKED MY INPUT. This is AMERICA Rachel YOU CAN'T FORCE YOUR BELIEFS ON OTHER PEOPLE. I will be contacting Strong, Dr. Brophy, medical board and anyone else I can think of. You can't just tell a parent it's either this or nothing. Because I am trying to help my son , I will give him the medication you prescribed. Knowing this new medication has the same side effects as the old one ( per you, because you had to read them to me). In the future you need to ask parents for their input. I will do whatever I need to as a mother to get my son the proper medical attention he needs.
