        Was referred by urgent care because I have a high risk cardiac Dad with shortness of breath. Waited in the ER for 8 hrs with my Dad for care. He received a chest X ray and Blood draw- We never did receive the entire results. They told us they would call us back if there was something wrong with the labs. Pretty unfortunate and a terrible sight to see.

        I brought my adult son in thru the ER for his intense back pain. The Triage staff, Colin in ER visitor ID/admitting, Benjamin in the Pharmacy, Tara R.N., Josh N.P., Coby Environmental services, and Infectious disease control M.D.'s, who diagnosed Lyme. We were treated very well by the entire team, who were excellent, even though they were slammed with patients. Thankyou UR Medical.
