UR Medicine Primary Care – Calkins Creek Family Medicine

The people who answer the phones here are the worse. Totally incompetent and idiotic. This is the first time returning to the office since covid and it absolutely the worse. Instead of helping you they tell go to the app. Go to this or that online. I dont kmow how to do any of that, i want to talk to someone. I miss dr taylor. Never had that problem when she was there. Cant even get ahold of the new one they assigned me and if i do i get rushed. I hate it here now

Monique and Shantel at the front office were so kind and helpful at my appointment this morning. I've been coming here for a long time, never had any issues with the front or the doctors/nurses. They all do a great job. Excellent doctors office!

Poorly managed practice. Receptionists are decent, nurses are ok, doctors are great. But waiting hours for appointments ((with kids)) is the norm, not the exception... even when you're the 1st apt of the day or right after lunch. Office manager is disorganized and runs things inefficiently, and it's apparent that the staff also dislike them and the way things are run. There is no communication regarding upcoming vaccine clinics and you cannot just make a nurse apt for one. We've stared using Acute Kids in Webster for sick kid visits and vaccines, bc on multiple occasions, there were no same day apts available for sick kids or no one informed us of covid/flu clinics. Rather a joke practice, to be honest.

Something is wrong with the office manager here, its insane they have not hired someone else. The thing is, no one here is dumb. You see and read these reviews, and dont care. Why would you not get another job? Whats the point of working somewhere you hate? Truly. Its almost like its genuinely bad people here. Let alone at a Docters office? Insanity. The office manager is DISGUSTING
