I was impressed with Alex's knowledge and deeper understanding of body mechanics as they relate to massage. I felt a profound difference in my body after my massage. It was so refreshing to be educated, anatomically, on my misalignments and where I could make improvements to feel healthier. I would definitely recommend Alex for those looking for a deeper integrative experience on the massage table.

Alex is a true healer. His massages always help me tremendously when Im recovering from an injury or a long stretch of hard work. I always feel so relaxed after a massage. Hes very professional and kind. Alex also always sends me home with extra exercises and stretches to do and takes lot of time and care to make sure I understand how to do them properly.

Alex provides a really unique and wonderful massage experience. He seems to really tune in to muscles, joints, and skeleton and listens to the body rather than doing a set of prescribed motions. I love the supported stretches and always leave feeling more comfortable and mobile. He is willing to take the time to explain what hes doing and noticing, and to give recommendations to practice at home. Hes also easy to communicate with for scheduling. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my massage treatment! Cute home office, warm, professional and comfortable. Alex is friendly and highly skilled at what he does! I especially loved the hot rocks and warm towels.

I have been visiting Alex on and off for 10 years. He was always a great massage therapist that went beyond the body work and gave helpful advice for physical behaviors between sessions. His years of experience have made him even more skilled and incredibly intuitive. He is respectable, professional and focuses on not just a relaxing massage, but helps restore the body.
