        I've been going here since I was 13 years old over 30 years ago. Ernie,the guy who owned the place was an awesome guy who's kids run the place now. I miss Ernie. I have not been here since 2011 but I'm sure it's still a great place!!

        The owner was amazingly hospitable and incredibly knowledgeable. She was fun to talk with and never once tried to upsell or pressure me into anything! She was helpful, suggested other stores I may also find of interest, and even asked about the type of training I did here in Ottawa. Truly a store not to miss, it is a gem! Five out of five for sure.
