        Despina clearly didn’t write down our appointment. She double booked and we weren’t seen. There’s no secretary so we waited 35 minutes to find out we didn’t have an appointment. Unprofessional. I especially don’t appreciate people who are in the mental wellness business who add stress to people’s lives versus helping.
