I am very pleased with the Weinstein and Randisi law firm. I cannot recall ever working with a firm with response time this good, in fact benchmark. The work they produce is outstanding and stands up to outside scrutiny by members of the legal system. For example, we had some guardianship documents written for my son and they sailed through the court in record time and our new will comprehended the complexity of our situation even before we reviewed the draft. They continue to earn our business. Highly recommended!

Having your Wills prepared can be stressful & unsettling, but a necessity if you want personal items distributed and your last wishes to be known and followed. My husband and I were in need of updating our Wills. We were very fortunate to have Michael Mastrodonato prepare ours. The moment he entered the conference room, both my husband and I knew we would be taken care of and wouldn't have to worry about anything. Though preparing for the future and the distribution of our belongings is a serious matter, we actually had fun and laughed, that's how relaxing the process was & Michael putting us at ease. We felt like we were sitting with a friend having a conversation rehashing our daily activities. Michael took his time, asked us questions, he wrote everything down that we said, in short, he was thorough and at the end of our first meeting, we were put at ease knowing that everything would be professionally prepared and our future wishes would be put on paper organized in a binder for us to review once finalized. I should have prefaced with how we were greeted when we walked into the Firm by the very friendly hospitable receptionist. From that alone I knew we'd selected the right law firm for our needs.

I generally do not write reviews, but I felt my experience with Michael Mastrodonato warranted it. On July 24th I contacted the firm and spoke with Amy Sumner (Paralegal) regarding our situation. She was very nice and extremely professional. I explained that we had just lost our mom and step-dad within a three week period, and they had not left a will, so I was contacting them for legal advice on how to proceed. Especially, since my step-dad had a daughter prior to meeting my mom. We knew this was going to be a complicated probate process. Amy took down ALL OF THE DETAILS and scheduled a phone consultation with Michael Mastrodonato, for THREE WEEKS LATER, on August 15th (She said she would pass the details for this case to the attorney). I put emphasis on All of the details and Three weeks later intentionally. To sum it up, we wasted our time waiting those three weeks (We could have pursued other attorneys) because Michael was not interested in taking our case because the estate wasnt worth a lot of money (We sensed that IMMEDIATELY in his tone. He was very rude and repeatedly talked over us. He was not professional at all, and he claimed Amy had not passed the details to him). He also claimed that he was extremely busy, and it would be at least three plus weeks before he could get started on our case. We didnt care how long it would take before he could get started on our case, we just needed an attorney. This was poor customer service on his part. It should not have mattered that our case was not going to be a cash-cow for the firm. He should have treated us with respect and dignity for the mere fact that we had lost our parents, and we were a potential client seeking them for legal representation. I am sure if there was a boat-load of money to be made, he would have reacted differently. If his behavior is indicative of how this firm treats people when there isnt a lot of money to be made, then I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. The one star is for Amy Sumner because she was very nice and professional. Besides, you cannot give zero stars which is what I would have given Michael Mastrodonato. First, because he was rude, and secondly for wasting our time waiting three weeks for him to contact us. He had already determined he did not want to assist us based on the details that Amy had passed on to him regarding our case. He knew this would not be a lucrative case for him. STOP MAKING IT ALL ABOUT THE $$$.
