John and his team came to complete our retaining wall installation with soil and mulch to create a raised bed. They also removed our old dead tree and installed a new tree. They were courteous, prompt, and flexible. They did an amazing clean up as well. It was like they were never there; minus the beautiful new additions to our front yard. The pricing was competitive and fair, and work was done on the timeline given to us. Would absolutely hire them again. Service: Landscape design

These company appalling. We used them for more than 3 years. They get worse as time pass. They are not very careful with the thing in your garden. 1st incident was They destroyed one leg of our outdoor storage. 2nd was They accidentally drove into our pool fence, 3rd was our plant edging . Most recently someone from this company probably fell on our stair railing bending and ruining it.
Not a note of apology for the destruction. All denial. Just don't use this company if you love your property. Service: Yard work

They provided a wonderful Spring clean up service. They started cutting my lawn weekly. Decent work at the beginning. Then occasionally, cut was uneven or weed whacking was either not done or done down to the soil! The first time I complained,crew came back and redid. Once or twice, Ive had to sit outside to watch, to make sure it was done well. Billing-wise, they tried to bill me for a week when the house was being sided and there was no access to the lawn! Last week, the did a lovely job, and I thanked them. This week, more scalping around garden edges, AND a good 10x20 foot patch of the back yard was simply NOT CUT! So, I notified the office Their response: Thank you for your email and I will pass it along to the crew. I do think after some consideration we should go our separate ways. We will continue to mow your lawn until you can find a new provider but I dont think we are up to your standards. Thank you and please let me know once youve secured service elsewhere.
Guess this is another sign of the times?
- Too much to expect that a company should provide consistent service?
- And if theres a problem, just dump the customer?
- So, the contract I signed means nothing?
Oh, and they offer landscaping service too. The owner came out to give estimate for cleaning foliage around the house before siding job began. Said hed send an estimate within a few hours. That was at the beginning of July! Never heard another word, despite emails sent and phone messages left! Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
