Steve and his crew were top-notch professionals. The design of our outdoor kitchen was flawless, timely and installed with care. To top it all off, Steve kept us in the loop on the build and delivery of appliances. I would highly recommend Steve and his crew for any job!

We met with the owner of Walsh Custom Concepts this past spring to discuss placing a Shade Tree vinyl Pergola on our patio. Before making our final decision Steve answered multiple questions and concerns for us via emails and took time out of his busy schedule to return to our home on several different occasions before finalizing our plans. Each time he was patient, understanding and extremely professional which brought us to the conclusion to do business with his company . Last week Steve and his 2 sons completed our outdoor project and we couldn't be happier with the final results. We would highly recommend Walsh Custom Concepts and would use his company again!

I rarely write reviews for services of any kind, but my experience with Walsh Custom Concepts was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it with anyone thinking of upgrading their outdoor space.  I hired Steve Walsh and his crew to build a new deck, and outdoor kitchen.  There are several reasons I would hire Steve and his crew again in a heartbeat, listed here in no particular order:1. Steve does what he says he is going to do, and does it when he says he will.  From my very first contact with Steve, he has delivered on every commitment he made.  Whether it was showing up to our first appointment on time, getting a quote to me, or showing up to do work.2. Steve communicates extremely well throughout the project.  From start to finish, Steve always returned my phone calls, texts and emails.  He never once left me hanging when it came to any project related questions I had.3. Steve and his crew take a team approach to projects, offering advice and listening to customer input.  The design process for our project was collaborative in nature, resulting in a finished project that far exceeded our expectations.4. The quality of work is excellent.  From the materials used on the job, to the methods of construction, the entire Walsh Custom Concepts team sets a very high standard, and meets that standard without fail.  The proof to me was the day I had my first gathering on the deck and all of my very fussy, do-it-yourselfer friends were blown away by the quality of the work.5. The owner is the guy doing the work.  The first day I met Steve, he showed up with his job trailer in his work clothes.  I immediately knew that the guy making the promises was the guy who was going to have to deliver on them.  It gives you great comfort making that sort of investment knowing that.6. Steve and his entire crew are just plain great people.  I work near home and came home for lunch every day throughout the project.  Every day without fail, the crew would take the time to answer my questions and put up with me watching them work.  I appreciate their patience with me throughout the project.Usually, in the best of circumstances, dealing with a contractor on a major construction job for your home can be stressful and nerve wracking.  I can honestly say that the entire process of building our dream deck and outdoor kitchen was a pleasure from start to finish, largely due to the diligence, skill, and professionalism of Walsh Custom Concepts.  Thinking of a deck or outdoor kitchen?  Look no further!
